 John
teamed up with Jamie
when Fit4anything moved to the PEC and has several years
experience in circuit & fitness training. A school teacher by
profession, he has a varied sporting background, representing QUB
in Gaelic football and rugby and more recently competing in
athletics (400M) and SuperFit/UltraFit challenges. John has worked as coach and adviser to many
successful teams and individuals across a wide range of sports.

Gaelic football, John has worked as coach for All-Ireland
Champions (2002) Armagh, All-Ireland
club Champions Crossmaglen Rangers and Sigerson/Ryan cup winners
QUB. He is currently a fitness advisor to the I.R.F.U. He has also
coached NI
Track & Field champions Annadale Striders. John
takes classes at Stranmillis on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and
Thursdays.

Jim works full time as a research
scientist for the government. He has had a long term interest
in circuits, general fitness training and football.
Jim has recently been awarded his
NIIC gym instructor's certificate. In the last 2 years he has
competed in the United Kingdom Ultra-Fit Challenge and is training
year-round specifically for this type of event.
